I ordered 10 lbs of Krystal fire glass. It wasn't enough, So I ordered 6 more pounds.We were mixing two colors.I recieved 6 pounds of the same color.I e-mailed Woodland, They did small checking then sent me out 3 more pounds of the other color and told me to keep the over that I had in the other color. Mistakes are made by everyone. It is how you take care of them that matters. Woodland did a great job with customer service!
