Fireplace
Once we had all of the pieces, the fireplace was very nice. When the unit was shipped to our company we were missing both the access panel and the vent hood. Also, after the remote didn't work, we were told by a rep. from Kingsman that we had the wrong one for the model that we had. We didn't know about any of this until we opened everything up and had it installed in the masonry. We called in to Woodland and they said they would order the necessary parts, but that it would take a couple weeks because the parts were coming out of Canada. They did order the parts, and Woodland stepped up to the plate in providing us with overnight shipping (which still took a couple days) for the order, but it was a very time intensive process to get the issue of the missing and incorrect parts resolved.

We built the fireplace on an outside corner of a screened-in lanai and have used it every evening since. The only thing I do not like about it is the bright silver screen curtain; if it were black, it would blend in better with the black face frame and the rustic stone we applied.The logs and the flame look real and it was a pleasant surprise to find how much heat it produces. We're very happy with this purchase.
