I am highly impressed with Woodland's customer service. I talked to one agent and told him what I was looking for in a Christmas present for my sister. He let me know that he was about to go off duty. When I called back hours later the next customer service agent had all the notes from my earlier call. How nice not to have to repeat everything. And, it was a perfect fit when it came. There are several Fortune 100 companies who could learn from Woodland!!

Cast Iron Vestal 27"

Only time will tell however very happy so far. Solid one piece cast iron. Heavy and sturdy. I don't foresee any problems. Should last a lifetime. Customer service was excellent
