Did Not Work As Expected

I put this in my zero clearance air tight stove hoping it would help keep the wood logs burning all night long. I found I had a hard time keeping the wood going whether day or night. I was disappointed that it did not work well in my wood stove. I took it out after two weeks to make sure I was not doing something wrong. No matter what I tried, it just would not keep the fire going. Now that it is out, my stove stays lit and works fine.

The grate is a very good one, it will last a long time (we go through them, but this one is nice & heavy). Besides the good quality, I must say your company was wonderful to deal with. My brother bought a 24" grate for us for Christmas, but since I did not give him enough info, the back did not fit. So I was able to ship it back to you & get an 18" grate. Thank you so much.

Old School

We are an old school couple who love our wood burning fireplace. When our last grill broke in two, I went looking for a new one. The only ones I found were cheaply built or Ridiculously expensive. So I went to the new fashioned internet. I plugged in what I wanted {cast iron, XxX size, Made in America was a big bonus} and found Woodland Direct. It arrived before we were expecting it and before Christmas. We are very satisfied with the grill and plan to brag about our purchase to everyone.
