Great service, spark guard lacks durability

Woodland was very easy to order from and the Product arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the spark guard is already missing screws and is coming apart as a result. We liked the look of the product, but question it's durability as we have only used it for about 3 months.

This screen is exactly what i wanted. It's very heavy duty and i'm actually surprised that some one still makes a product with this level of quality. Love the look, very good quality firescreen. Just what we were looking for at a great price. Only one small problem, the screw that tightens the iron bar around the screen was too low so it slides out and has to be fixed ever so often.

Screen is perfect for what we wanted. We put in a gas fireplace, and the glass gets very hot. We have grandsons who are 18 months old, so we bought the screen to protect them from bumping into the glass. The screen looks so nice, and makes the gas fireplace look more natural, so we leave it in front of the glass all the time. We love it!

Nice fireplace screen

Really nice screen that lets more heat out than the screen that was mounted to the opening of the firebox. We only wish the handles weren't hinged. Our last ones were not and it was easier to move with fixed handles. Otherwise, very well made.

Bought a fireplace screen. Didn't look right with my firplace so I sent it back and received my money back. The only thing was the fireplace screen was $160. And to return it was $156. I wished I would have known how much it was to return this item before I ordered it. Probably would have not ordered this item and tried to find one local. NO FREE SHIPPING FOR RETURNS!

Great Screen

Was looking for something to keep little ones away from fire. This product is fantastic...doesn't get hot like glass screens and is light weight enough that it will cause no damage if knocked over or kids pullover on themselves. This made having a fire burning worry free.

My wife loves this screen for its decoration and also ability to see the entire fire (as opposed to other screens that partially block the view). I like this screen because it was about $170 cheaper than other versions my wife was looking at! It is also built with good quality and looks and feels very sturdy. Would recommend to others looking for a spark guard / screen.

I have had the original screen for over 40 years and I did love it, but it had "seen better days" and now I have the new screen from Woodland Direct and it is amazing. It covers the entire opening with lots of extra room to spare, the fire is not covered by decorations and I can easily move the screen for cleaning the firebox. (even at 80)..... cjc

Nice looking screen, great customer service

Unfortunately FedEx damaged the screen beyond repair. Woodland Direct customer service handled it. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Poorly constructed fireplace screens

The screen we ordered in July was really bowed at the top and did not stand flat on the floor so that sparks could fly out of the side. I requested a replacement which was sent and even though I asked to make sure it wasn’t bowed and sat flat on the floor the second one is not much better. Very disappointing…
