Glass fireplace doors

I purchased some doors for my fireplace. They told me they could have one made, and it would take 3 weeks to get one. Six weeks later it was delivered. Upon opening it up, I found out it does not fit . I am in contact with your salesman who is trying to sovle the problem. I have sent e-mails and photo's to him and I am still waiting for some kind of answer as to what you are going to do about the problem. I need it taken care of ASAP because it is my source of heat for the winter months! I will let you know as soon as I hear back, and let you know just how this was handled, and at that point I can give you an account of how the situation was or was not handled . Zero clearance custom fireplace door

I am very pleased with the fit and finish of my new door. I received the product in a well packaged box and installed it right away. Installation took about 10-15 minutes. The fireplace looks new in fact several people have asked me that very question. I felt the price was reasonable compared to other manufacturers.

Great doors.

Just got these doors a few days ago. Construction looks good and sturdy. Sizing they fit perfectly and were easy to instal. The doors look great on our fireplace.

Glass Doors

Our house was built in 1985. We bought it in 1995. It came with a fireplace. I refuse to use a fireplace without glass doors because of how much heat you lose up the chimney. I looked at various makes, but found the old users manual and called Woodland. They new they type of fireplace, told me what to measure, and sent doors that fit well. I did have to saw off one piece of metal, so give yourself an extra 1/16th inch (the fireplace is not a perfect rectangle, not their fault). The doors work great and the family loves having the fire. Nice job.

Worth the wait. Clean lines, modern look. Installed easily. Measured exactly as stated. Slight friction of doors in track when opening which has lessened with use. Glass reflects fire beautifully.

This is a very nice fireplace door. Our only difficulty is that the left side door is difficult to open and close--i.e. it doesn't slide well in the track. It does seem to be improving some with use. The installation was easy.

LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything perfect looking. Install easy as pie. Made house look like a million bucks. Only slight issue. The measurements I made from tp to bottom. The metal has a very slight bend to it and the way the factory measured it was at front of bend. This about 1/16 to tall. But the bottom of my fireplace had 1/16 inch removable lip. Removed lip and fit like a glove. I recomend to anyone. Plus price was great and delivery was even a week or so faster than expected.

Woodland Direct has excellent customer service! The sales person I worked with on my order ensured I had the proper measurements, even sending me an outline of where to measure when I sent him a photo of the fireplace. The fit and finish of the door is awesome, with nice thick glass, not the cheap glass you see in some manufacturer's doors. The door arrived nicely packed with no damage. The measurements were such that I have a space at the bottom of the fireplace to add a grate heater later for the winter. Thank you, Woodland Direct!

Absolutely what I was looking for!!! Very easy installation...after a bit of a panic attack I was able to make it fit...the measurements were perfect...just the fireplace opening had an angle that made it so the door wouldn't fit in the opening...nothing a sledge hammer couldn't fix...the bronze glass gives it just the warm look I was going for! Arrived when it said it would...definitely nicer than others I've seen for the same cost...the free shipping to Alaska was a definite selling point!

The product fit perfectly and looks great. Very easy to install. The only difficulty I had was that the doors fit tightly in the track and were hard to open and close. But after I added some light oil and worked them open and closed 10 or 20 times the issue went away. Great service and a fair price. Very pleased.

I've tried for years to find glass doors for my fireplace. Until now all I could come up with had to sit in front and the sizes were at best a compromise. Glass Door Set

Received my glass door set when promised and easily installed them. The doors fit perfectly and we are very satisfied.

Nice doors

The good is the doors are solid, fit well and close tight. Installation took some effort though. The frame is made to fit inside the fireplace but the screen is there so it has to be mounted outside. Not easy but came out well.

I was a bit skeptical that we were going to be able to get a perfect fit for these doors, but I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect fit of these beautiful doors. The installation was very simple and only took me 10 minutes to get the frame and doors in. They look beautiful and are smooth on the track. Easiest install I have ever done.

Glass Doors

We had revamped the mantle surrounding our fireplace and needed glass doors. I had been told "you can't have glass doors on a zero clearance fireplace!" Thanks to your technical department, I made the measurements and sent in my order. for a screen and glass doors. The screen went in with 4 screws and works flawlessly. The glass doors and frame arrived a week later. I drilled 4 holes, through the pre existing holes in the frame, put in four screws, set the glass doors in place (easy), and lit the fireplace. Everyone comments on the beauty, I marvel at the quality and engineering and my wife is enthralled! I would give your product the highest of recommndations.. We are totally pleased.

Replacement Glass Door for Fireplace

After contacting a local fireplace supplier and learning a new door would cost nearly $700, I decided to do a web search and discovered Woodland Direct. Boy am I glad I did!
