Excellent Product, Happy costumers
Extremely well made
Everything about this chimney cap is extremely well made. The top and bottom are fastened with parts screwed together rather than with tack-welded posts, a feature on the less expensive chimney cap that the StormShield is replacing on my chimney. The photo is not accurate in that there is a metal shield that goes around the mesh. The metal shield is designed to prevent wind-driven rain from entering the chimney. As a result, the StormShield is noticeably larger in diameter than the chimney cap that I am replacing.

Perfect product, perfect fit!
