Solaire M58800002 21" IR grill
After searching high and low for a compact yet high quality IR grill I purchased the 21" Solaire M58800002. Been using it for over a month now and it works well overall. The quality of workmanship is very good. The grilling is fairly even across the grates with the front areas proving less heat. It captures some of the greese in the "V" shaped grates and below greese trap but it still leaves a lot of mess everywhere....pretty much like all other grills. Grilling chicken is a bit more challenging with an IR grill due to the high heat but I'm learning how to handle that. Steaks grill perfectly.
