Great product! Customer service was excellent and walked me through every step including measurements. Let's face it, when your spending money on a custom item you want to get it right. I sent a picture of my fireplace with existing doors and they sent back the picture with markers showing exactly where and how to measure. I was always able to speak to the same person which made the process even more pleasurable. I opted for the screen doors vs. the screen curtain and couldn't be happier. Awesome experience! Ding in framing
I ordered the slim line fireplace doors. I thought they would mount flush to the stone it did not Also noticed after installation that the side framing that I thought would be recessed has a ding in it right in the middle of the frame. I know the contractor didn't do this as I was there the whole time he installed it. I paid a lot of money and yes it looks nice but now I always see the ding and it is somewhat upsetting being the money that was spent.
