Fantastic build quality
The glass doors, frame and screen is all built with excellent care and material! The installation was straight forward and went smoothly. It helps to have a vice to bend the mounting straps and of course you’ll need a hammer drill to drill your mounting points. I’d attach a picture if I could the end result is truly pleasing!

Nice look
Great custom fit, looks good, opened up box and took the plastic off, was 4 scratches on the side, it was like that obviously at factory, not shipping. Got a black marker to touch up, looks fine now, thought it would come with a thin insulation in a channel to not get smoke in room, hope it's fine. Over all pleased.

Nice doors difficult to install
Just finished installing this door. it fits well but the installation process was difficult. The process took two people and three plus hours for an extra large semi custom door (not counting home depot trip). The weight of the door was suppose to sit on two straps that you were suppose to bend to fit your installation. First, the straps were not beefy enough to hold the weight of the door and second, the frame overfit the screw holes where the straps were suppose to attach so you had to pry up the frame to attach the straps. Also bending the straps uniformly requires tools that most homeowners don't have laying around. The directions the company sent were very vague and unless you had installed lots of fireplace doors were simply inadequate. For example, there was no mention of insulation around the fireplace door anywhere. No way could we have installed this correctly without watching lots of youtube videos from other companies and a trip to home depot to get additional supplies. Also the lead anchors for the masonry screws just spun in the holes and were much more troublesome than other anchors you can buy. If I did it again, I would buy those. Those are the negatives. The big positive is the cost savings by installing this ourselves and that the door is very attractive. I also like how the glass doors do not slide in a track but rather open like barn doors. We probably saved about 1K by doing this this way. Half way through installing, I would had said not worth the savings, but now that it is done, I am glad we did it.
