Beautiful Fireplace Logs

I purchased and easily installed a new set of Real Fyre fireplace logs in my unvented unit recently. There were no difficulites in understanding the gas hook up procedure, programming the remote, or stacking the logs correctly. The fire looks very realistic and generates a lot of heat. I am 100% pleased with Woodland's quick service (especially the sales person I talked to on the phone) and the rapid delivery to my home.

Great quality log set

Price was a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. This log set is awesome and high quality! It replaces a set from a big box improvement store that half the time failed to work. The flames are much more realistic and better heat on the Real Fyre. I would definitely recommend!!!

High Quality Ventless Gas Logs, Burner, and Remote

First of all Evart Bigger, the Sales Technical Rep, was OUTSTANDING!!! His Product Knowledge and Interpersonal Skills were far better than local dealers. The delivery was within the 2-3 day time period and everything purchased was included in the 3 boxes. The installation instructions and all paperwork were included as promised. Upon installation, the Remote worked perfectly, the burner ignited, and the flame through the gas logs were as the brochure and online image indicated. As indicated, it takes approximately 4 hours for the initial odor to burn off. The remote provides flame control/adjustment which is very helpful since it is a ventless system. The burner generates a lot of heat and warms the room and adjacent areas quickly. I would highly recommend this product!
