As home projects go, I ordered this product in May and we just now opened the box. I realized there were many "dings", but we agreed to cover them up with touch up stain. My husband did not tell or show me for many days later, that there is a huge problem. The entire base in the back was cracked all the way through. He has repaired it with Gorilla Glue. I feel that I spent an exceptional amount of money and had we opened it sooner, I would have returned it. I do like the product and just would have requested a replacement. Thank you.
