Rasmussen Ceramic Fire Balls

I am over-the-moon for our fabulous dark gray fire balls!! They are the perfect touch for our decor. Logs would never be such a great fit for our style and our soft gray color scheme. We are so pleased with the look and the clean convenience of our "new" fireplace!! Also, your sales rep was extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Every aspect of our purchase went as smoothly and easily as possible. Many thanks for an altogether wonderful product!!

Massive Ball Set

The product exceeded my expectations. Installation was a breeze as it comes with all gas hoses and fittings. I did need to reduce my gas supply line but it was only a 3 $ part at HD. The customer service I received was the best I have ever had. The sales rep patiently answered all my questions and guided me to ensuring a perfect fit for my fire place. We live in South Texas so we went with a vent free gas set which puts off just the right amount of heat for our needs while providing a great ambiance. Lastly, we get a lot of compliments from our guests on the aesthetics of the balls over fake logs. Two thumbs up!

Good product with little to no install support

Needed install support and still need help, please give me a call at 980-406-4118. Called once already and sales agents could provide no support. Need someone to talk with regarding install.
