I was impressed with the quality of the fireplace doors-they fit perfectly. The installation was simple and the instructions were straight-forward. The only issue I had was meeting the promised delivery date but after discussions with the sales rep (Paul), this was corrected to my satisfaction. I would recommend your company and product.

Bi-fold Rainbow Door

Very happy with my set of Rainbow Doors. Came quickly, made to the correct size, easy to install. Didn't need any adjusting or tweaking. Great product and excellent customer service. No complaints. Enjoying my new fireplace now.

Beautifully Crafted

The doors are a beautifully crafted design. However , because of the type of firebox I have I’m experiencing problems with true installation. I’m on the second set of instructions and installation parts and these do not seem designed to facilitate the installation. Either this is the incorrect unit for my fireplace or the vendor changed the design but not the parts to effectively install the unit. The unit has been in my possession for three weeks and I have yet to clear instructions or parts on how to install the unit. However well made, not being able to install it is of no value. I am hoping to get the correct parts to do the installation or, get the unit that is correct for my fireplace.

Great Glass Door

Glass door looks great. We installed it on an older prefab wood fireplace. We installed it with 4 screws (2 screws on each side). We had to drill new holes in the door frame because our fireplace only had 1/2” of frame to use and doors are designed for 1” of frame. Instructions should be updated in the section where instructions state to use a pencil to mark your area to drill your fireplace frame bc it is not possible to inset a pencil into the pre drilled holes of the door frame. Also longer screws are needed to attach this frame to your fireplace. The self-drilling screws are much too short to go thru door frame and into fireplace and the longer screws are not quite long enough either. You do need 2 people to install, one to hold the doors and the other to drill holes. Took us about 30 minutes to install and that is probably bc we drilled different holes in our door frame. Also had to do minor adjustment to even out tops of doors but instructions explained how to do that. Love the door. Glad I ordered it!

Excellent customer service and product!

I was looking for new a new set of fireplace doors for my new custom fireplace. Since this is not a normal size fireplace I had several questions before moving forward. I was connected with Garrett, and he was extremely helpful and patient to make sure the doors I ordered were correct the first time, since they are custom made and no refunds. Upon receiving the doors, the install was as easy as Garrett explained and they look and function fantastically! I'm super happy with the product and customer service I received and I would highly recommend Woodland Direct for anyone in need of their fireplace needs.
