After a lot of looking I deceided to purchase this glass door to replace one that was 40 yrs old. We received our order in perfect condition. I am very impressed with the fit and finish. After haviung the doors re-sent 3 times because of damage during shipment. I finally received one that I could install (without damage). It was obviously built quickly as the corner edges are sharp and you need to be careful when touching them. The doors are also uneven and need to be straightened out. The overall unit looks esthetically pleasing to the eye.

I was very happy with this purchase. I have simple taste and like a quality product and I feel that's what I got with this door. It's a beautiful replacement to the dated brass door I had. I would highly recommend this door to others.

Extremely good getting the doors to me on schedule, worked with my delivery availability to make it happen. Doors are great, attractive and well built. The only issue was 2 of the istallation brackets were not shipped, I was able to work around this. Will use this company again.

We received and have been using our new fireplace door for about a month. It works great! The quality is GREAT!! It was easy for my husband to install, as he use to be a chimney sweep and has lots of masonry tools and drills. It is also very pretty, looks just like we thought it would be given the sample we received to make our choice. Would recommend spending the money for this quality product any day!

I installed this in my remodeled home a couple weeks ago. I have not been able to use the fireplace, but I can tell this is a very high quality door. Unless you are comfortable drilling through brick and metal, I would suggest you have a professional install this for you. I had the right tools, so it was just 4 screws and done. Measurements were perfect. Last piece of advice, call Woodland and talk to their knowledgeable staff. Mike V. helped me out and I would not have ordered the right size if I hadn't talked with him in detail about the measurements. You will love the way this looks and feels to use.

Sturdy and installed easily ( though I had to do some stone cutting first to get a flush mount on my stone fireplace) Looks good and does not take away from the overall look of the fireplace. We LOVE the doors we received. We really needed them to keep our baby from grabbing the rocks, etc. The doors are nicer than expected. They look great and were easy for my husband to install.

Great Price and Service

I researched several options for glass fireplace door for our gas fired wood burning fireplace. After calling Woodland Direct and chatting with Josh, a very helpful salesman, I decided to go with W.Direct for several reasons. Price, understanding and great customer service. In my research I discovered this is not a simple purchase for a one size fits all. I suggest you don't go that route.

Great Doors, Great Price, Easy Install

Doors look and work great. Black Friday sale made an already appealing price a no brainier. Install took about an hour, aside from the pain of drilling into brick it was fairly straight forward and def. a DIY project for most.

A beautiful fireplace door

I installed this door myself, the clip and bracket system is a decent ideal. But,,, when drilling and installing the anchors on a uneven brick surface it's hard to keep a perfect alignment. WHEN BOLTING THE CLIP DOWN ANY MISALIGNMENT WILL CAUSE THE WELD ON THE FRAME TO BREAK. I broke 2 out of 4. It's aluminum and the welds are brittle. The doors are solid and I let it go, otherwise they are beautiful.

Beautiful doors

It took us a while to get both doors installed only because we could not find a tile installer for our hearth prior to installing the 2 sets of doors. Once the hearth was finished, the fireplace doors were extremely easy to install. Talk about a wonderful transformation of our fireplace. I highly recommend this company and these doors. My wife is extremely pleased with how they look and function. I commend the company for proper packaging, shipping and instructions for installation.
