The was Super, the salesman was knowledgable and helpful. The product is great, only one disappointment. I have a set of logs that requires a manual turn of the knob to turn the set on, the knob is placed so low to the ground it's difficult to turn.

We are extremely satisfied with our purchase of your gas log set. We did not make the purchase for a heating source but were pleasantly surprised with the amount of heat the logs produce. Even in Las Vegas on a cold morning its very nice to sit down with the logs burning and enjoy a cup of coffee.. Its very relaxing. Additionally, the help I received from the Woodland Representive was very beneifical. Without his advice I would have over purchased the set size. Thank you.

Real Fyre gas log set

The split oak gas log set worked out great and my wife is very happy. The sales person (I think it was Jeff) was very helpful, allowing me to select the correct size log set, ignition type and accessories. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I have wanted a gas fireplace for years, but could never justify the high costs that retail fireplace stores wanted. A professional installer recommended your product as a good alternative. I still have to open the flue to vent the log set, but it looks fantastic and heats the room quite nicely! The entire experience went well, from ordering, to installing. WD was very helpful, making sure we ordered the correct size and also with the accessories. Pretty Darn Good

Love the logs and flames. Pretty easy to arrange, and LOOKS great. Ember glow is fantastic. Heat output great. One criticism: set included decorating kit, and when ordering, I had no clue that lava rocks would need to be ordered to hide piping. Lack of experience on my part, and yes the option was offered. Just would prefer the lava rocks were included, or at least more importance placed on needing them to finish well. ONLY reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

Fire Log Gas Set

We have been using this set for about a week now and love it. The outside source used to run the gas line into our chimney said the logs themselves are the best we could have purchased. I was about ready to set up the system when the installer offered to do it for me as he was impressed with the system and in ten minutes he had opened everything had the logs placed had the lava rocks ,sand and fibers for ashes placed and lit the pilot lighted as I put batteries in the remote. I hit the remote and we had wonderful fire. The single thing I liked best is the empire ember pack which provides the best glowing embers and most realistic fire bed I have ever seen. Excellent purchase I would recommend to everyone we love the high flames from the system as well. This package has been without a doubt has been the best ever.

I have now purchased two full gas log sets, grates, a fire rack and more from WoodlandDirect. I know nothing about fireplaces and the folks at WoodlandDirect have been FABULOUS! We love the Split Oak designer plus gas log set. They look great. They look very authentic and you can hardly tell it's not a real fire, especially with the burning embers below the fire. Looks exactly like an actual fire in the fireplace.
