Love the log set
We love our set of logs….prompt customer service not so much. We called the “expert help” number for several days for help on confusing instructions. No answer, no call back. Finally called the manufacturer who helped immediately & apologized for misleading instructions.

Gas log not consistent
I bought two of these units exactly the same. First one was great that’s why I bought the identical set two years later. The second one was a disaster that resulted in lots of back and forth with damaged parts that required a replacement of the entire unit. Somehow they reduced the number of actual logs as well. At least the company I bought it from did the right thing by replacement.
