We love our gas logs. We had a plumber install it for us to eliminate any risks. Wish I had bought one years ago.

I would recommend Woodland Direct. Speaking with their customer service representative was informative and helpful. The product is as stated and looks very realistic. The pricing was very competitive and less expensive than purchasing a unit at a local dealer. I would be a return buyer.

Fantastic Product

I purchased two other inserts from other companies before this set and returned them. I could not be more pleased with these from Woodland Direct. The logs and rock look real, the flame is beautiful, and the remote adjusts the flame perfectly. I would highly recommend these logs. They are fantastic!

Realistic and attractive gas logs

These logs are so attractive and are quite realistic. I recommend the remote because it so easily changes the flames and the temperature. They are exactly what I wanted for my fireplace, and I have already enjoyed using them.

Gas logs

Perfect Upgrade to my Fireplace

I wanted to upgrade a 27 year old unit I had and this was the perfect replacement. I especially like the remote start feature as it was getting harder to bend down and reach in the old one to start it. There were many choices when researching this and my call to Woodland helped tremendously to make my final decision. I highly recommend them.

Cadillac of log sets

The Gas technician said I have the Cadillac of log sets. I love them. They are so real and the adjustable flame is great. I love the remote. Look forward to use them this winter. Couldn't be happier.

G9 Burner

Great service. The propane burner is getting hard to find. Your sales guy on the phone put me on hold and found one. I really appreciate such service. Otherwise would have missed having my fireplace the whole winter. Thank you. Five Stars.

Great Log Set

This ceramic log set is a great addition to our home. The fire is very attractive in operation and the radiant heat is much improved over the concrete logs we had before. Installation was easy and the set has operated first time and every time with the remote. The only suggestion I have is that the gas line included in the set might be a little short for many fireplaces. A 24 inch line would work better for most of the different arrangements.

WD and the Golden Oak Log Set Are AWESOME!

When my wife and I decided to convert the wood burning fireplace to propane gas, we contacted three different plumbers to give us estimates on cost for running the piping from the propane tank to the fireplace. After receiving the estimates, I asked each plumber if they have a recommendation for the type of log set I should purchase. All three immediately responded that Peterson log sets are the best. I researched and found Woodland Direct online. Garrett with their customer service did a great job of patiently answering all of my questions regarding the Peterson Golden Oak log set. I purchased it and had the plumber we finally hired install it. It looks absolutely beautiful and quickly heated up the room. We are so glad we found Woodland Direct and the Peterson log set.
