Incredible... im a local contractor and have looked all over for just what we were looking for and couldnt find that "right" look.. i made a phone call to the company and explained what we were looking for and its perfect and the price was about half what i could find locally for a lesser product... i will refer this company to my own customers and give this product an A plus... and on top of it this service was incredible very hard to find both... not a system i would suggest a diy er doing but the install wasnt too bad... well worth the price and time.. . Thanks guys you will go in my go to company for any future needs. .. thanks again Stsve

I am terribly disappointed with this product. There is a thick black film that has stained the inside of the fireplace and repeatedly covers the outer glass despite multiple cleanings. This continues to occur despite over 18 hours of total burning time. Additionally, there has been issues with a gas smell. The remote for this product has not worked from the time I received it. In short, I could not be more disappointed.

RealFyre Charred Oak

I''m warming myself and feeling quite cozy with my new Real Fyre log set which replaced one that was approximately 15 years old. This new set is many times over more realistic, efficient and warmer. I found the staff at Woodland Direct to be very helpful and courteous. Thanks.

Product was received as advertised. Was very expensive relative to other dealers. Charged nearly list price. I went with Woodland because of a friend's reference. Probably wouldn't have had I shopped it a little better before making the purchase. Shame on me.

I highly recommend this gas log set. It looks like a real wood fire and starts first time. I was surprised how much heat it gives out, almost as much as a real one only now I don't have to chop the wood.

They are beautiful, love the look of a "real" wood burning fire without the hassle. Very happy with the purchase!

24" G46 burner with Auto Pilot

The shipment came through in excellent condition and I installed it following the directions, however I could not get the pilot to light. The pilot gas kept blowing out my BBQ lighter and would not catch from the Piezo spark igniter due to the strong gas flow from the pilot. I learned to position the lighter flame below the pilot opening and I could light the pilot, but I still cannot get the pilot to ignite from the spark igniter as its electrode is positioned directly in the pilot gas flow and the G46-17 series does not appear to have an adjustment to the pilot gas flow intensity. This makes using the gas logs inconvenient as once the ceramic logs are stacked on, it is difficult to get the BBQ lighter in position to light the pilot. It would be great if the pilot would ignite from the Piezo igniter, but thus far I have been unable to get it to work successfully. Other than this problem, we like the gas log set.

Excellent buy

I love this log set. Easy to install, took me about 10min to have it up and running (already had a gas line from an old log set). Perfect flames, nice and tall. Throws perfect amount of heat, similar to a real fireplace. I love firing it up for 30 min in the AM while I read the news. Cuts the chill. Fire it up again at dinner for several hours. Extremely satisfied. Our salesperson at Woodland Direct was very helpful.

Charred oak log set

Shipment arrived very quickly after my order was placed. The packaging was fantastic and all the items were segregated and labeled accordingly. I installed the set myself and the instructions were very detailed and thorough. The amount of lava rock, sand and embers that is sent with each set is the perfect amount to completely finish the set. It is the most realistic looking log set I have ever seen and I did not have to go out and purchase a single item to complete the installation

I just finished installing my new 24" gas log. It works as advertised. I am happy with the product, but I wish the burner modulated a little more with the remote. It seems to be just high or low. All in all it is a good product.

Love love my gas insert! Paul was so helpful and pleasent and his help with my order was just what I needed. I would suggest woodland direct to anyone shopping for their products.

Beautiful logs

This log set is very realistic looking and pretty easy to set up. I spent several minutes on the phone with tech support trying to decide which set to buy and together we came up with the charred oak logs. My only complaint, and it’s very minor, is that if the instructions are going to be so specific on log placement “by the numbers” then they need to mark the numbers on the logs.

Beautiful product

It was a pleasure doing business with Tom at Woodland Direct. The price was much better than I was quoted locally for the same log set. Tom was very good following up with me as I postponed the purchase until this spring. I plan on buying glass doors from them as well.

Don’t know if they could get much better

After looking at as many gas logs as I could find, I feel these are by far the best “life like” logs available! The “30” set fills my 33”x28” fireplace beautifully. Well worth the price for something I will be looking at and enjoying for a long time.

Just Like Real

We converted a wood burning fireplace in our newly purchased townhome and first tried a gas log set from a major lumber company. Took it back within a week. Searched online and found Woodland Direct and now we sit here on cold winter evenings and enjoy the look and feel of our fireplace. What really surprised me when I shopped and started to order a set was the conversation with one of the Woodland Direct folks. That gave me the reassurance that I was doing the right thing.

They put their money where their mouths are!

So initially things went pretty well. They were able to guide me to a great product and I ordered. There were some issues that arose during the order but in the end they do care. They do what they say they are going to do. As a business owner I know how important your word is but very few companies live up to their hype. Woodland Direct apologized for the issues and made it right and quite frankly went above and beyond for me. The product is excellent. Easy to work with but in a few components like the receiver that are made by a third party who english is not their first language who could use some help with their instructions. Nothing major just enough that you will have to read it a few times and pay VERY close attention to the pictures. Great quality and ended up looking great. I like this company so much that I signed up as an affiliate. So if you are looking for a great product with peace of mind that IF something should go sideways, they will follow through, than you have found your vendor. Thanks to Lance and Woodland Direct I will be using Woodlands Direct as my go to vendor.
