Gas fireplace

We couldn't be happier with the gas fireplace that we purchased from you. It is very easy to use and provides excellent heat and beauty - love the glowing embers. We had an unusually cold spell here in Central Texas and we did not use our central heat at all. The fireplace kept us warm and toasty !!

Great Product

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of Peterson Charred Oak Gas Logs. The information provided on Woodlands site was very helpful in determining which log set and accessories I needee. The logs look great and perform exactly as advertised. After researching this particular log set and comparing prices on many web sites I found Woodland to have the best product infomation and best price of any supplier. Gas Logs/Burner

After a bad experience from a local dealer, I was left in a bind without gas logs to install in my new fireplace insert. I called Woodland Direct, and the man I spoke with was very helpful in finding the logs I wanted to purchase. They were delivered the same week, and I was very happy with the experience. I would definitely recommend this company.

Unvented Logs

Received the logs very promptly. It would stand to reason that my natural gas bill would be less due to using the logs but because of the extreme cold, my bill has not been less. However, I have nothing to compare it to but my gas furnace does not come on when using the logs. There is a slight odor that has decreased as time goes on. Directions with logs made them easy to install.

Great service, good product, competitive prices-can't beat that. Definitely a recommendation if you're looking for a gas insert

I was looking to replace the gas fire logs in the lower level of my house. I started looking on line and came across Woodland Direct. I ordered the gas log set and to my amazement I had it delivered in 2 days! 2 Days! I couldn't believe it. We have a HVAC friend who was going to install them for us and noted I had ordered the wrong type. I needed unvented instead of vented. I contacted Woodland and they emailed me the return labels for shipping the product back. In the meantime, I ordered the correct system I needed, after speaking with the salesman. I shipped the first order back and received the second order 3 days later. I already have the unit installed and it looks GREAT. I would recommend Woodland Direct to anyone. Thanks!

Recent Purchase

The sales staff was excellent, explaining the differences between two different brands. The logs and burners arrived in less than 1 week after ordering. The email recommending installation with an NFI certified technician was especially valuable. The product has been installed and operates flawlessly. The logs when hooked up are gorgeous. I replaced a 20 year old 18 inch set with the twenty four inch. Even for a gas fitting on the left, I did not need the gas hose you pushed on me. My plumber easily attached the set in 10 minutes. I got the logs in three days, the needless gas fitting in 2 weeks. Had a power outage in the meantime, which meant I wasted two weeks since I did NOT need the hose. But? The logs are beautiful. And my neighbor has looking at upgrading his, and you will probably see another order.

ease of assembly

Very happy with the two boxes. Logs went in very easy with a nice fit. I was amazed at how realistic the coals look is. The remote works perfect. Every thing went easy. Look forward to my next install. Saved my customer $1,000. over a local purchase.
