Gas Logs

We worked with Woodland Direct on the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park Colo. We purchased 2 sets of logs that were the wrong size. The logs were great but they wanted longer ones. Woodland gave me full credit for the return and sent me 6 new sets including accessories and wall switch kits. What could have been a costly mistake on my part became a very easy solution with a great product. The people there are very helpful and friendly. I'm sure I will be doing more business with Woodland in the future.

Charred Aged Split Vent Free

High quality component gas log set. Just installed 1/9/13 - not used much as of this post but am pleased so far. I had two sets installed in my home and the one unit has a "touchy" control valve but that is my only complaint. Nice/Realistic visual appearance when lit.

product review

Easy installation. The product is a little deceiving because in the pictures it shows a cover over the controls, but it doesn't come with the kit. Works good though. The heat does go straight up the front of the fireplace so I am a little concerned it will cause my mantel to shrink as it heats it up. overall a good product.

So far very satisfied with the unit. Have not used it a lot yet but seams to put out sufficient heat. It really gets quite hot on the outside face of the fireplace. I need to make some kind of a deflector or baffle. If you have any suggestions let me know. Thank you

Ventless

Looks god, burns pretty but is supposed to be vent less and it set of our CO2 alarms. We need to open draft half way.

I received the shipment in 2 boxes and installed them 2 weeks later. All went well after reading well and determining which valve I had so to know which directions to follow. The logs work nicely except for at times they hesitate lighting. The pilot is lit and burning well. There isn't much range difference between low and high. They fit nicely into my fireplace and are fairly realistic. I hope they are economical to use. Fed Ex delivered which was a surprise after all of the shipping and freight talk. He carried both boxes at once to the garage and didn't need a forklift.

WOW!!!

Wish I would have discovered this solution years ago. I have a 3 story single home that has been impossible to heat for the past 30 yrs. we've been here. This set does the job and more. It heats the whole house. The only problem I have now, is how to keep the heat on the 1st level exclusively. That's a good problem :-)

ease of assembly

Very happy with the two boxes. Logs went in very easy with a nice fit. I was amazed at how realistic the coals look is. The remote works perfect. Every thing went easy. Look forward to my next install. Saved my customer $1,000. over a local purchase.

Gas logs and fireplace

Service was great. Customer service was very helpful. I was surprised at how quickly our items arrived. We’re very pleased with our purchase. One of the side panels for the fireplace got broken in shipping but they immediately shipped another one. I would definitely recommend Woodland Direct.

Easy experience just as promised

My experience with Woodland Direct was easy from start to finish. Everything was delivered just as promised. I was able to find the logs I wanted and couldn't get locally because of supply challenges. Communication was great. Delivery was just as promised. Nice gas logs!

These logs are super easy to install and arrived soon after ordering. The packing was excellent and all parts arrived intact. Couldn’t be happier with the order and delivery process. My particular model includes a manual valve with high and low settings. These logs will really put out the heat and they make a great backup system in the event of a power outage. Do plan on having some windows open for the initial use as the system puts off some odors during the break in period.
