Love the fireback.....great quality and super heavy duty......My husband and sons alll make their living working on the water so the North Star theme was perfect!

The fireback is fine. But the supports do not allow the fireback to stand vertically - resulting in a tendancy for it to tip over.

i love this piece. it not only protects the back wall of the fireplace, it truely does generate more heat into the great room.

My wife bought this as a design indulgence. Gotta love the North Star. The true beauty came about 20 minutes after I lit the first fire...a very remarkable difference in the amount of heat reflecting back into the room! The efficiency has at least doubled. Thanks for the warm cheeks!

North Star Fireback

We recently had our 95 year old firebox repaired and were told to purchase a fire back to prevent it from future damage. We purchased the North Star fire back and are very pleased with the way it fits and looks in the fireplace. It also helps push more heat out into the room. We've used it several times over the past month since we received it, no negatives to report.
