Good product; horrible customer support
Spent nearly $10,000 on fireplace plus cool wall heat shift. It arrived during the summer when we were up north. When we got back and opened the cartons, two fire logs were broken in delivery, about $180 value. They wouldn’t replace them because we didn’t notify them within 3 days of delivery. Can’t believe they would lose a customer forever over such a small amount. Dumb business model.
