Zero Clearance (ZC) Fireplace Doors
Ordering ZC fireplace doors was pretty simple and quick. Contacting Woodland Direct for info then searching the site was fairly simple, the staff was great. The ordering process was pretty smooth as well; just needed to clarify exact measurements with the designers, but not an issue. The difficult portion of this process was when the product arrived and the installation directions did not exactly match what was ordered; e.g. different instructions from what was ordered, hardware kits shipped was not for the product ordered or portions of the instructions did not apply to what was ordered. After the inconvenience of calling Woodland to get all the details sorted out, which included ordering the correct hardware kit for the screen mesh at no cost to me, things again went pretty smoothly. Installing the doors myself was not a big issue if you have the necessary instructions to do so. I would order from Woodland again, but just make sure you get all the instructions/installation details up front so that you know what to expect. Thanks and enjoy, KG.
