Received the parts promptly and fitted exactly what I needed. Everything went well with the installation and I am pleased.

Incompatible but works

I ordered the repair unit for the chimney damper and it arrived in a timely manner. I guess there must be a lot of different models because the one I received was not an exact replacement for the one that broke. However there were enough parts that I ended up making it work with the older system. I would say to approach the repair process for these with a flexible attitude and be prepared to do some adaptations,
