Krystal Fire - Gem Fire Glass - Green 10 lbs.
Dear sirs, I got these fire glass gems in December and they all looked really good, It has been one month since I started using my fire pit with them and I have found the following: I purchase approximately 60 lbs of these gems. -Gem cracking; there has been several gem that have cracked tithe the eat, I am not sure if to pull them out or to leave them there. I am concern that re-arranging them while the are cracked could be a safety issue as if someone is not suing gloves they can cut thru your hand. - Some gems have discolored and others have shown internal cracking, although not broken. I am not sure why the reason of the cracking/discoloration, however, I do believe tempered glass should not behave this way. I have tried pulling some of the gems out, however I do not want to empty the fire-pit. I estimate it is about 10% of the total badge that has broken and or discolored. Can you please let me know the reason of this behavior of these tempered glass gems?. Thanks and best regards, Jose Blesa
