Clear Fire Rocks
My clear rocks look great. I had to clean some marshmallows off of them: warm soapy water did the trick. I guess I have to teach my kids that we should use the grill for grilling and the fire pit for fire pit stuff. Otherwise there is no discoloration or scorching. They're a nice touch. I haven't seen or used fire rocks before. One tidbit of advice, you can't just pour them in. I was advised to put a layer of lava rock down and put the fire rocks on top. It worked perfectly, to raise the rocks up a little higher. You have to take a few minutes to place them around (instead of on top of) the holes where the gas jets/fire comes out. I highly recommended this product.
