Fiireglass

I ordered Krystal Fire - Fire Glass - 1/2"-1" Turquoise Ice. I received green, not turquoise. Also - the glass closes to the flame, darkened and not almost gray in color.

Fire Glass

Although this made my fireplace look fantastic the one draw back to the glass is that they very quickly discolor to a reddish brown color with heat. I have tried to wash the glass off to no avail. I did have extra glass though so I periodically replace the discolored glass...the good thing is this ONLY happens around the flames and not on every piece.

Discoloration

This product began to discolor after about a month or so. Two emails sent to Customer Service concerning the problem has gone unanswered.

fire glass

The item I ordered was not what I received. Whoever did the packaging/shipping put 2 different colors of glass in the shipment instead of the 1 color I ordered. Roger Trotter rectified/corrected the situation and had another order sent out to me. Roger has been extremely helpful and has made my experience with Woodland a good one. The new glass I rate as a 5.

Turquoise fire glass

It bought this and mixed it with clear to create the look of water. It looks great!
