I ordered a number of styles at affordable cost. They shipped in a timely manner. Colors were accurate. It was hard to visualize sizes, since the descriptions gave measurments and the photos did not show an object that I could relate to for size. I would suggest visiting a local store to pinpoint the sizes. Gloss was also hard to see in the photos.

Just Like TV
I love the crystal glass in my fire pit. It is like fire and ice when the flames are dancing through the crystal! It's exactly as it looks on those fancy TV shows! Your customer service is awesome too, and answered the questions I had. Thank you for a great product!

Thrilled with the product and service from woodland direct. The price was almost 1/2 what I could find locally, choices were much better. The Krystal fire looks like melting ice when the firepit is going! Beautiful. We have a 250000 btu fireplace and the product works great.
Glass order
I couldn't be more happy with my new fire glass , I order the wrong color and had no problems with them taking back the old glass and shipping out my new color so fast , the price was the cheapest that I found but it looks beautiful . I will not look at any other company next time I need something for my fireplace
