Product Review

I love the color of the fire glass and the large size looks like burning coals. HOWEVER, the large pieces are starting to crack and get smaller only after 3 times using the firepit. This is not a good thing and I am worried about the glass actually exploding while the fire pit is in use.

Glass not as pictured. glass is comprised of 3 or more colors of 'amber' from dark to yellow. glass was dusty dirty, needed a good cleaning, but that is not unexpected.

I wish there was a suggestion on how to clean the fire glass. I received them dusty.The other disappointment was the weight. I bought 35 Lbs. I received 34 Lbs.

Amber fire glass

I am very disappointed in the color of the amber glass. It is very, very dark almost black.When the fire is lit it shows a somewhat dull dark orange. Not what I expected.

Krystal Fire Glass - Amber

In truth, I'm just okay with the quality. They look nothing like the photo. The rocks appear dusty, definitely not shiny. I assumed they rocks would have a gleam to them. The rocks edges have rough white edges that just look awful. I thought I could polish so I rinsed and wiped 90 lbs worth but no change.
