I love the product. It was not properly packaged for shipping. One leg had torn through the cardboard box and apparently been knocked against something in shipping, causing a "bubble" type dent to the interior of the firebowl..

We absolutely love our fire pit! Everything easy -- from ordering to delivery to opening the box and placing and lighting and enjoying! I would order another one if I had another outdoor seating area

Fire-ring arrived on time, designs were neat. Two of the cutouts were outlined, but not completely cut, thus still on the ring. Item was a Christmas gift for someone else so I didn't want to mess with it (hands and packaging got coated when handling and it was too cold in garage to work on it. Perhaps after the first fire the cutouts can be worked off.

Looks great. Love the grate and cover. It is a little smaller than i expected that is why it only gets a 4 instead of a 5. Jeff

Perfect, but needs ventilation in the bottom. When delivered it was sticking out of the carton in two places. Thankfully, no harm was done. Now, I need a grate to go in the bottom.

Well Worth It

I received my fire pit and had a fire in it that night, wow did I like what I saw. I put mine up on three cement blocks to get it a little higher to get the full effect of the cut outs you need to be looking straight on in order to fully enjoy the show. I will be buying a couple more for X-Mas gifts...

Top of the line, at least for us!

We've used this twice already, one time just for s'mores, and the second time for brats, burgers, and s'mores. The only down side is that it gets hot underneath even with a reflective pad underneath. Perhaps we'll try to sit in on three brick or three concrete blocks next time. We found it easy to use. It's so great that the unit is all welded together and comes ready to use. The grill and the spark guard work very well, as does the long "poker/lifter." The fire was easy to start and burned well. Nice unit!

Best Fire Pit Out There

Exceeded expectations. I can’t believe how nice a product this is. I had searched a variety of big box stores and on line for a decent product at a fair price and took a gamble with this product; am thrilled as to the quality. Would buy again and am recommending it to any that show interest. Thanks so much
