1 Year Limited Warranty
There is a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in manufacturing.
Exclusions from warranty:
- Damage caused by dragging or sliding the appliance across pad.
- Damage from impact or point loading.
- Damage cause by improper sizing of the hearth pad as laid out in the stove manufacturer's manual.
- Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of the product.
To maintain the manufacturer warranty never split wood or drop heavy object on the hearth pad surface. Doing so could chip, crack or loosen the surface. Installer or owner cannot disrupt the integrity of the hearth pad surface (cannot be cut or drilled into etc.).
Do no drop the hearth pad. Handle with care. Do not expose to water or wet elements. Indoor use only.
