My wife and I are so happy with the screen for our cottage lake house stone fireplace. It sit perfectly on the stone hearth, and fits so tight to the stone around the fireplace opening... Our previous screen stood out too far. Plus, this was delivered so asap when ordered. Aesthetically, exceptional character and styling.

Beautiful, even nicer than the picture. Has a simple, primitive, hand made look. The vintage iron color is a nice dark gray, almost black, and blends well with my black slate fireplace surround. I wanted something that would blend in rather than stand out, and this is perfect. It is very sturdy and makes the fireplace much safer for young children since no sparks can get around it, and since there are no doors they might be tempted to open.
