FlameCraft offers a 2-year limited warranty against manufactured defects with your concrete linear fire pit. FlameCraft will replace any product that has proven to be defective in workmanship and material. The buyer must provide proof of the enduser purchase date of the product. FlameCraft must have the opportunity to verify the alleged defect, which may include a site visit to inspect the product. If the unit is confirmed defective and cannot be repaired, FlameCraft will replace the unit FOB (Free on Board) FlameCraft facility. The buyer is responsible for arranging shipping associated with ordering a replacement product. All labor associated with installation will be the responsibility of the end-user. FlameCraft is not responsible for any defects that result from misuse, alteration, or abuse of the product. The use of wood or any other fuel other than Propane or Natural Gas will void all warranties. FlameCraft is not responsible for any damage or injury that arise from misuse of product.

For all residential applications, FlameCraft offers a 5-year warranty on all stainless steel components for both Electric and Match Lit configurations, a 3-year warranty on electronics and valves for Electric configurations, and a 2-year warranty on pilot assembly for Electric configurations.

For all commercial applications, FlameCraft offers a 1-year warranty on all stainless steel components for both Electric and Match Lit configurations, a 1-year warranty on electronics and valves for Electric configurations, and a 1-year warranty on pilot assembly for Electric configurations.

The warranty does not cover items that have been damaged by overheating, modification, abuse, or improper storage. Also any labor involving installation or maintenance with the unit is not covered. This warranty excludes claims for consequential, indirect-collateral expenses arising from product defects or warranty recovery.
