Great Door, Even Better Service
This door is a great piece, good quality and straightforward to install. I'm really leaving this review to compliment Woodland Direct's customer service. Before they shipped, we got a call verifying our measurements to make sure we got the right size. Then when we received a damaged unit the first time, we sent pictures of the damage and they immediately shipped a replacement and informed their operations people so that the issue wouldn't happen again. Very happy with the service we received.

Fireplace Glass Doors
Could not have asked for a more perfect style or fit for out 100-year-old fireplace. I felt very confident in the company. After I sent pictures and measurements to Woodland Direct, they called and confirmed to make sure we had the correct measurements since this is not a conventional size fireplace. They answered our questions and made sure we understood what was going on. We were pleasantly surprised it came early. Fast and easy assembly. The quality stands out as does the beautiful style of the glass doors. Very pleased with Woodland Direct associates and their product. Would highly recommend.

Great product and easy to install. What made the difference was the service from Woodland Direct. A call the next day (followed by email) to confirm I was ordering the right product. Also, confirmed my selection was a great choice. It's rare these days to find a supplier that is concerned about the customer (and not just doing them a favor).
