Fatwood

Fatwood is a great way to start your firel. It is attractive as well as useful. Other fire starters are rather ugly to look at and difficult to store. I keep fatwood out by the fireplace in a dedicated container. It is even fun to use and always easy.

Starts Fires Fast!

This is the third time I have bought this product. I use it to start my wood stove. Saves chopping kindling and the puppy loves to chew on it.

Sticks of magic! These handy little pencil sized things are amazing. Makes starting the fire so much easier. I also use them when I've neglected the fire and I'm down to a few coals. They'll revive it and make it easy to get it going again.

I have used Woodland Direct's Fatwood for years and have never found any issues with them. We have used them outside with frozen wood and they work wonders.

It's what it says, an easy way to start a fire. If you've ever watched the TV program Naked and Afraid and pitied the poor contestants for their inability to start a fire, you've had a fantasy of giving them a handful of fatwood sticks. I give 50 lb boxes to my husband as gifts.

Great for Starting the Blaze!

Excellent wood for starting fires. Just need a piece or two and bark or small stems and you are ready to through the logs on for a cozy evening by the fire. Being from the North, I have never been exposed to this wonderful Southern treat. Bags will last the typical homeowner several seasons.
