The Energy Top Damper is a top mounted damper that also serves as a chimney cap. Dampers drastically cut down on heating costs and keep your fireplace or stove functioning properly. When closed this low profile damper is a great solution for saving “paid” energy dollars for historical homes with leaky or missing dampers. Top Sealing chimney dampers create a tight seal on the top of chimneys, saving homeowner’s money by keeping your paid for energy in the home not up the flue. Spin dampers are designed for stoves and work well with older stoves that lack adequate air/inlet damper controls.
