Perfect fit and looks amazing
So glad we finally found a see thru log set that fit perfectly. It actually looks better installed than it does in the pictures on line. So glad our gas plumber recommended we look for an Empire log set.

Less than perfect
It sometime takes a lot of effort to get the fire started. Waiting 3-5 minutes for it to kick in. The service techs have tried to help and are polite but the problem continues.

Great customer support!
Called in and the service Rep was very helpful and helped me decide on 2 sets of ventless Empire logs that look amazing! One set had a few cracked logs in the box from shipping so I called them and emailed a few pictures. They rushed me out a new set of logs at no cost and I couldn’t be happier with the process.. now to wait for cooler weather and the house to be finished to enjoy them. Very happy with the customer support
