Review
We were happy that the product arrived faster than expected, however it didn't install as quickly as we thought it would. I had read on your website that it installs easily however on a concrete fireplace it took a professional carpenter 3 hours to fabricate brackets and to install it safely. I did advise you guys of the concrete surface and was told that it wouldn't be a problem.
Decor fireplace door
Extremly disappointed, especially for the high cost, $1,000. Door looks good, was relatively easy to install. However, door does not seal, cold air literally pours out thru glass door sides, top & bottom, worse than the old door replaced. I currently have it plastic wrapped until I can figure out what to do with it, if anything. I bought on recommendation but probably would have been better buying door from box store (Lowes) at 1/4 the price. What a waste of money plus may end up disposing and replacing.
