OUR PROMISE TO YOU In the relevant warranty period and with the coverage and payment terms as detailed below, The Warrantor guarantees to repair or replace a defective part or product anywhere in the United States and Canada. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship, occurring during normal installation, use, and maintenance.
IF WE CANNOT REPAIR If we cannot repair a defective part of the product after a reasonable number of attempts, at our option we may replace the part or the product, or provide you with a full refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding installation and other charges.
SERVICE PROVIDER AND HOURS All service under warranty shall be provided by The Warrantor or its Authorized Service Agent during normal business hours.
PROOF OF PURCHASE You may be required to provide reasonable proof of the product’s date of purchase before it can be serviced under warranty.
TRAVEL AND SHIPPING COSTS Our technician will travel to the location of the product at our expense, except if the product is installed: In Alaska, in a motor vehicle, boat or similar mobile facility, in a geographically isolated location with limited or restricted access, in which case you must bring the product or mobile construction containing it to the service center at your expense or pay for the technician’s travel to the location of the product.
OUTDOOR GRILLS The entire product is covered for at no cost to you for 2 years from the date of initial purchase. Radiant trays, radiant tray side rails, and drip pans are covered at no cost to you for 5 years from the date of initial purchase. Lifetime warranty, defined as normal domestic use and service for the lifetime of the original owner, covers stainless steel grill burners, stainless steel grill cover, burner box, cooking grates, and grill racks for the lifetime of the product at no cost to you.
OUTDOOR GRILL CART The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 2 years from the date of initial purchase. Stainless steel assemblies are covered at no cost to you for 5 years from the date of initial purchase.
OUTDOOR ACCESSORIES Including, Griddle Plate, Hybrid Sear Burner, Covers, Grilling Tools/Tool Set, Insulated Jackets, Wok, Wok Ring, Skewer Set: The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 1 year from the date of initial purchase. Lifetime warranty, defined as normal domestic use and service for the lifetime of the original owner, covers cooking grates for Hybrid Sear Burner at no cost to you.
CARTS AND LIBERTY ACCESSORIES Including, Side Shelves, CAD-BND, BND-CNR, CAD Back Bar, Cutting Boards, Solid Surface Tops, Blue Ice Pack, Bottom Cover and Trash Bins for LP Tank Drawer, Sink/Drain Kit, Leveling Legs: The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 1 year from the date of initial purchase.
OUTDOOR STORAGE SOLUTIONS Including, Pantry, Drawers, Trash Bin, Beverage Chiller, Bottle Holder, Access Doors and Drawers: The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 2 years from the date of initial purchase. Stainless steel assemblies are covered at no cost to you for 5 years from the date of initial purchase.
OUTDOOR STORAGE SOLUTIONS ACCESSORIES Including, Bottom Cover and Trash Bins for LP Tank Drawer: The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 1 year from the date of initial purchase.
OUTDOOR REFRIGERATION Including, Fridge and Tapper, Drawers, Ice Maker: The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 2 years from the date of initial purchase. Sealed Refrigeration system (compressor, evaporator, condenser, filter dryer, and connecting tubing) is covered at no cost to you for 5 years from the date of initial purchase.
OUTDOOR REFRIGERATION ACCESSORIES Including, Wrapper Kits, Solid Surface Tops, Drain Pump, Caster Kit, Mug Rail: The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 1 year from the date of initial purchase.
OUTDOOR WARMING DRAWER The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 2 years from the date of initial purchase. Stainless steel assemblies are covered at no cost to you for 5 years from the date of initial purchase.
SIDE BURNERS The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 2 years from the date of initial purchase. Structural integrity interior and exterior body parts are covered at no cost to you for 5 years from the date of initial purchase.
PATIO HEATER The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 2 years from the date of initial purchase. Stainless steel components (except emitter screen) are covered at no cost to you for 5 years from the date of initial purchase.
PATIO HEATER ACCESSORIES Including Remote Control: The entire product is covered at no cost to you for 1 year from the date of initial purchase.
NOTE Alaska purchases: The Warranty is the same except that you must pay to ship the Product to the service shop or for the service technician’s travel to your home. Canada: Products for use in Canada must be purchased through the Canadian distribution channel to ensure regulatory compliance. Some warranties exclude surface corrosion and discoloration. Should corrosion occur to the degree of non-performance, replacement parts will be furnished. This does not apply if the unit was subjected to other than normal residential use.
CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY COVERAGE This warranty extends to the original and any succeeding owner of a DCS by Fisher & Paykel outdoor product purchased for ordinary single-family home use. The warranty period extends from the date of purchase by the original owner. Your product must have a defect that occurred in normal domestic use. Commercial use is not covered. You must have reasonable proof of the date of purchase. The product must be in the country where it was purchased. In Canada, the product needs to have been purchased through the Canadian distribution channel to ensure regulatory compliance. If you have an installation problem, contact your dealer or installer. You are responsible for providing adequate electrical, exhaust and other connection facilities
