Cermaic Gas Log Set
Good afternoon. This is my 3rd gas log set purchased (first one from Woodland Direct) Thank you for contacting me for a review. It is very timely as I was going to contact you. I am very happy with the logs and their appearance. However, I was very disappointed as I was searching through the box looking for some type of pilot, gas valve, control of some kind. There was nothing. I got back on the website to double check and there were no options for valves, remotes, etc. There is nothing to even turn the gas on and off. I will need to get something with a pilot at a minimum and hopefully electronic ignition with a thermostat. Thank you John
Great Looking Logs and Better Customer Service
The customer service from Mark M. when I placed the phone order was fantastic. I had questions, he answered them all to my satisfaction and was very polite and professional. The logs arrived when they said they would, a couple of them were damaged in transit. I contacted support, emailed photos and they were apologetic and very responsive to getting them replaced and ensuring I was happy with the set. Replacement logs arrived when they said they would and were not damaged. Woodland Direct will be the only place I look in a couple of years if we decide to finish and use the fireplace in the basement. I am very happy with the customer service and the looks of this log set. One thing to note, and YMMV this log set does not come with any directions on how to position the logs to make them look like they do in the photo. The installers are coming this week to install the gas line and set up the logs, so I hope they can figure out how to get them arranged as they are in the photo. Thanks Woodland Direct!

Log set was very easy to install , and looks great. A nice addition to our living room décor.
