We love these logs. They are very realistic looking and are just what we hoped they would be. The only complaint we have is related to the shipping process. When the box arrived it contained three very small logs that were not at all like what we saw on line. We were about to return them when I called Woodland Direct and had to speak to three different people before someone asked if I had recieved two boxes of logs. They assured me more were on the way. The packing list didn't indicate that this was one box of two. The second box arrived two days later with the larger logs. A note on the packing list indicating that this was one box of two would have avoided this problem.

Wood delivery/performance

Wood came in two boxes, which was a surprise. Once set up, the botoom logs are performing very well while the top log is burning black. I cannot tell if this is due to a lack of direction for setting up the fireplace or my incorrect setup... Either way, the rating is a 4 instead of a five due to the black log on top.

Great Log Set

It wasn't easy to find a set of these without the entire gas burner assembly. We just needed the logs. I was able to use the biggest one in my other gas log stove, so I solved two problems with this one purchase. Great weight and quality, and well worth the price. Make sure you measure your fireplace opening accurately, and you may want to go a size smaller than you'd think. No matter, these will work great! Very realistic and attractive.

Gas Logs

The logs are fine. We had to order to sets to have enough. It was not your fault it is the funny fireplace that we have; however, we have extras in case these need replacing so that is good. They are very nice logs, and Andrew was very helpful.

Shipped relatively quick. Packaging was very good ; logs protected and packed with max protection. For the money they look really natural and get much hotter than the ceramic fiber ones I replaced. Would buy from these guys again. Happy so far

Great Logs!

I need a set for a 30" fireplace and the set of 5 logs filled the space well and arrived well packed in to 20 lb boxes.

24" Ceramic log set

The photo did not accurately depict the size of the smaller logs.No suggestion as to how to arrange the logs for best effect. Quality of product was good.

Great quality

I bought these logs not knowing what to expect and was surprised they were so heavy. They look just like real logs. The set fit beautifully in my gas fireplace. I bought the glowing embers and they are magical. They give the appearance of burning embers under the logs. This is an incredible deal for the quality of what you get.

Best replacement logs I could want

The 6 logs fit my fireplace just right. The quality is high and the logs attractive. They came well packed and in were delivered quickly without a shipping charge.
