Did not get exactly what the picture showed on your website. The picture of that particular log set shows pine cones included. When I got the product all I got were some acorns. I called to see if that was incorrect,but your rep was so sure that I was wrong. He said that was all that came with those logs.

They look real. Be aware that the logs are quite heavy, so you might need someone to remove them out of the box for you if you are someone that can't lft weight. I love the look and they arrived in a timely manner and was nicley packaged in two separate boxes. I have not used it yet but is looking forward to it when the time gets a little cooler.
