quality is great, looks good, works well, minor shipping damage was taken care of immediately, super service! seems to tip if both doors are opened, but not fall. need some way to attach the top of the screen frame to the fireplace opening. thanks

Fireplace screen

We love the screen. It is very high quality. One of the magnets for the door was broken and they replaced it quickly. If there is a down side to the screen it would be how it attaches to the fireplace. We used heavy velcro strips on the top and it works great.

Pros-Clean classic look. Doors can come off hinges which makes building the fire and fireplace clean out easier. Cons- Online description needs to include that unless secured with screws the product will tip forward when both doors are fully opened.

Very nice screen

This firescreen really improved the look of our fireplace. What was there before, a steel-mesh curtain, seemed to obscure the view of the fire, but now the fire seems bigger somehow. The doors are a great improvement, too, making it easy to build a fire and to add wood. The construction is sturdy, with heavy steel frame throughout, and the screen is well-made. My only problem is that, with both doors open wide, the screen tends to tilt over until the doors hit the floor. I fixed that by drilling two small holes on the frame and securing the frame to the fireplace with screws and anchors.

This product has quality written all over it. Received as expected, installed in minutes, will enjoy for many years.

I love the screen, but it was delivered in bad shape. It was hanging half way out of the box and got several scratches from being partly out of its container. I wanted to send it back but I can't be bothered with doing that. I would like to get another one at half price for my downstairs fire place. I haven't inquired about that yet. Again, love the screen, but it was delivered in bad shape.

Great product

Solid, well-made screen looks great and the doors make it far easier to use than without them. Tight screen mesh keeps sparks inside.
