Fireplace screen

I love this screen as it is free standing and looks great. It does seem like it needs some way to fasten it because when you open both doors it tips forward and rests on the open doors. It is probably something I should have done or am doing wrong but it works wells, keeps the sparks arrested everything I need. I would recommend.

I feel very mixed about this review. On the one hand the customer service has been outstanding on the other, the design of this screen is so fundamentally flawed it makes the product useless. The screen and sooner are high quality. The magnets holding the doors shut are powerful. So powerful that you'd have to hold the hot frame in order to open a door and brace yourself to counteract the flimsy legs. The legs are too short and not high enough on the frame to provide adequate support. Left alone the frame stands at a 20 degree angle. We are keeping it but ditching the legs, drilling holes into the frame and anchoring it to the brick fireplace. I would not recommend this to others.
