My order was processed quickly & was shipped out right away. Except for a snafu delay by Fedex, it was received in good order. I have been using it for approx. 2 months in my fireplace behind a gas logset. While it does seem to project (reflect) more heat out into the room, it is no where the 50% increase in efficiency that was advertised. The price also seem a little steep for a plain fireback (no decorative scene on it). I would rate it about 3.5 or so.
