Kiln Repair

This product worked very well for my application. I used it to repair the bottom floor of a large ceramic kiln. I have fired the kiln and the refractory is holding in place with no shrinkage and no cracks.

Working well

I used this product unconventionally, but so far it is working out great. My space for a fire pit was a little tight, so to minimize the size I used this product to line the pit with about a 3/4 inch layer instead of all the bulk of fire brick. The liner is working great and no cracks after a half dozen hot oak fires.

Castable Refractory

I saved $300 by using this product over the factory panels and ended up with a factory quality product. This is the way to go if keeping a project affordable is the top priority. Plus, you can make any shape a your mold will allow.

Seems to be holding up good. Original special size bricks were 220 dollars plus shipping. Probably saved me 150 dollars

I used this product to reline a gas blacksmith forge and cast a one half inch thick, five by sixteen inch removable floor. Has withstood temps up to 2300 degrees so far. Very satisfied.

It Worked!

We used this to encase a still on top of its burner. We had to repair the copper on the pot, so had to break all the cement keeping it in. We were able to easily use this product to get it back in where it belongs. We can finally continue producing whiskeys and brandies on it. Don't worry, we are a legal operation :-). Woodland Direct has excellent customer service, I asked them to please expedite my order, we were desperate to receive it in one day and sure enough it arrived in time.
