Heater

The heater was fairly easy to install and performs to the level that met my expectation and it looks good on our patio. Based on all the options that we explored this choice turned out to be the most effective at the lowest cost.

Not as much heat output as expected

Advertised as covering 144 square feet, but there's no way. We had to move the table about 5 feet from the heater and even then, the output is not impressive. It seems like it needs a blower on it or something like that to drive the heat from the device down into the desired area. The unit is extremely hot when you get right next to it, but the heat does not transmit to the target zone very well at all. Disappointing for spending over 800 dollars, plus another 350 for the electrical service.

Patio Heater

Finally received the heater. It works great up here in Colorado. Does cost a few bucks to have it properly installed and controlled, but, should be well worth the cost. Woodlands Direct did a great job compared to another vendor with whom I was forced to cancel the order after a 2 month wait for shipment.

Personalized and friendly service

I needed patio heaters on short notice. Dan Fisher helped me out with very friendly service. He got me everything I needed over email because I was on meetings all day and wasn't able to use the phone. The heaters arrived quickly and exactly when Dan said they would. I had them installed in time to warm my guests for an outdoor Thanksgiving. Thanks Dan.

Heaters work great

We purchased the Tungsten heaters for our pole barn as we have Barnsgiving in it for the past 2 years and it can get cold without barn doors and the wind whipping through it. We decided to use these as there is no natural gas line and we did not want to set up a big propane tank for heaters. They work great. We bought 2 of the 6000 Watt ones and they were shipped fast. We ordered them over the phone so they could be processed quickly versus online. If you need something quick, call them. They are very helpful and great customer service.

Highly recommend

I was referred to Woodland Direct by the company who build my enclosed patio. I was told to buy 2. Although the price made my eyes bulge I bought and had them installed. They work like a dream; fast warm up time and fast cool down. We live in the Midwest so temps can get pretty low in the winter. But, with the use of these heaters, we were enjoying our enclosed porch in single digit temperatures!! They definitely make my porch a year round enjoyment.
