the hearth rug is awsome, I wish I purchased it prior to a cheap hearth rug from a building store ,my carpet would have been saved ,but mostly I have piece of mind that our family room wont burn down due to sparks and hot ashes from the wood stove,also the color is nice .and it wipes clean

I think it's great because it will save our carpet from burns. Our wood stove is elevated on a hearth but sparks come out on to the carpet. It does show the ashes more than a designed rug, but it will clean up. The cats don't seem to like it as much as a more plush carpet. My husband doesn't like the fact that he has to kneel on a more hard surface, but I like it because it is fireproof and we already have a burn mark on our carpet and the old one was a mess! Thumbs up!~

Nice quality rug, lays flat and stays put. Note if you are getting the blue version that the actual rug is darker than the lighter blue it appears on the website.

When I ordered a half round fire resistant hearth rug online, I expected to have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery. I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived in a couple of days instead. It also arrived in excellent condition. The rug looks beautiful on our hearth, and as I was waiting for its delivery before using our fireplace, the early delivery allowed us to use the fireplace while we enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch with our family. I'm still awaiting delivery of products I ordered online from other companies at the same time.

This is my second such rug. They work great--just wish they were not solid colors as they are hard to keep looking good.

I wish there would of been some design or something on it. It is just too plain looking. It shipped real fast. Great service!

When ashes get on it, you can not clean them up by vacuming then....I don;t know if you can wash them off.

Hearth Rug

I purchased the Blue Guardian Half Round Fiberglass Hearth Rug. It is a great floor saver. It does everything it should do. It lays flat on the floor and does not move around. I have a linoleum floor Sweeps clean. I spot clean it with a wet rag if needed. I would recommend this to anybody that is looking for a excellent hearth rug. I will purchase this rug again if needed. I also bought the Firm Grip mat to go under it. I do not need it for this rug

Woodland fireplace product

My husband and I love everything about the new fireplace half moon rug that we recently purchased. As with other purchases we have made from Woodland, we were not disappointed. The fireproof safety, quality and color of the rug can not be beat. It really makes a statement in our living room.

Hearth Rug

Theis item arrived quickly and in good condition, however I question the decision to roll the rug with the topside in. Had the rug been rolled otherwise it would have quickly lain flat on the floor. As it was rolled, it required several days of attention to accomplish the feat. Other than this I have little with which to judge the item. We purchased it at the end of the fire season and have not had opportunity to observe it's retardant qualities.
