This screen is classic and simple. It looks just like the photograph. It was easy to assemble. It's very sturdy and strong. I like that you can still see into the fireplace with the screen in place.

Strong customer service

We received this product packed well and free of any damage post manufacturing. Unfortunately this Chinese manufactured product had an unacceptable misalignment of one of the doors. We contacted Woodland customer service, sent two pictures, and had a response within hours. Woodland's supplier agreed to send another screen. This second one is fine. The construction and appearance of the product is very good with the frame and screen being of heavier stock. It was unfortunate that quality control at the manufacturing point failed with the first product. Woodland, however, quickly corrected our problem and we are very satisfied. I would recommend the product as it is well made and durable. I see it performing very well and looking fine for years in front of our working fireplace.
